The contact form collects your name, email, organisation, country, enquiry type and message. These details are stored so Robin’s authorised team can consider and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess correspondence and manage a response. It is not published on the website. Only authorised editors can access the enquiry inbox. The website does not send marketing emails or automated enquiry email notifications.
Storage and access
Enquiries and journal articles are held in secure hosted storage. Access to personal enquiry information is restricted to authorised administrators. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting relationship. A final retention schedule will be confirmed before launch.
