Robin Emerson.

Robin Emerson is a British entrepreneur and medical cannabis industry advisor with experience spanning regulated healthcare, CBD, cannabinoid products, pharmaceutical supply relationships and commercial business development.

His involvement in medical cannabis began during the UK’s move towards legal access to prescribed cannabis medicines in 2018, following his daughter Jorja’s experience with severe epilepsy. He became an established voice in the sector, giving written evidence to Parliament and engaging with policymakers, healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.

Building on this, he developed and operated healthcare businesses including Jorja Medical Cannabis and Jorja Revive, gaining practical experience in clinical operations, patient services, healthcare governance and commercial development. He served as Patient Advocate Director at Cannaray.

Robin also has extensive commercial experience in the CBD and cannabinoid sector, including product development, manufacturing relationships, supplier sourcing, distribution strategy, regulatory considerations and consumer brand development.

Before entering healthcare and medical cannabis, Robin held senior business leadership roles across construction, property development and hospitality.

Today he advises businesses, investors and organisations seeking commercial opportunities in the international medical cannabis, CBD and healthcare sectors, combining industry knowledge and entrepreneurial experience with access to specialist legal, financial and regulatory expertise.
